Bad Axe Disc Golf Club

An enthusiastic handful of folks joined forces in late 2011 with the goal of bringing the sport of disc golf to the Driftless Area around Viroqua, Wisconsin. Bad Axe Disc Golf was formed as a branch of Vernon Trails. With determination, excitement, grand ideas, setbacks, and even more determination, our group has grown. We are a diverse circle of players with varying skill levels. We all share a tremendous appreciation for the natural beauty of this area and believe it to be the perfect setting for unique and challenging courses. In 2013, we began work on our first course – Veteran Hills – on land owned by the Viroqua VFW Post #3032. 2015 saw the installation of the final baskets, our first League Nights, and events. We continue to add to and maintain the course, while planning even more events and workshops in the future. You can help fund this course – just designate your donation to the Disc Golf fund.
