A few folks spent part of a beautiful Sunday morning working on the entrance area of Veteran Hills Disc Golf Course. Pulling into the VFW parking lot, you’ll now be able to see the practice basket and kiosk. The kiosk will get a roof soon. Once we get the course done, it will also house a large course map and sponsor list. In the meantime, you’ll be able to find a smaller course map that will be updated with each new hole we get done. It also gives us a space to post upcoming events, leagues, and work days.

We also stabilized the stairs leading to Hole 1, smoothed out the path, and added a handrail. We’ll be adding another rail soon. We’re happy that we were able to re-use the stairs from the archery stand we took down on this hole.
